There is something to be said about efficient site planning that allows its residents to enjoy a bit of nature whilst living in an urban area. Our Montrose lofts are a great example of this with spacious rooftop gardens and many terraces. We’ve also designed this minimalist/ modern design to feature plenty of windows for natural light.
